otherwise you'll return it! We'll recommend the best solution for your bird
or your needs, even if it isn't the most expensive thing we sell (so much
for early retirement!)

We accept orders via this website, fax, mail and telephone. For mail or fax
orders use our printable order form. Our printable order form is on the checkout page after you choose your shipping method. (You won't be asked for your credit card information until after that point.) Order items on this website and at the checkout click the printable order form button to print your order form with the correct shipping and order totals. You can then either enter your credit card information and fax it to us, or send a check with the order form to the address on the order form.

page link at the top of every page under our Birdalog Logo as well as in the bottom "Find It" column.)
What forms of payment do you accept?
Pet Bird Xpress accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders,
bank checks and personal checks (US currency). Sorry, no C.O.D's.
We ship quick! We get your order out fast via carriers who deliver quickly.
Bulk feed, custom items and out of stock items may have unavoidable delays,
but most items ship within 24 hours and will arrive within a week to ten days
after receipt of your order. We use UPS shipping except for international
orders and orders outside the continuous 48 United States. We charge actual shipping costs based on the weight of your order and where it is shipping to from our Virginia (VA) warehouse.
Residential or Commercial shipping address?
Within the continuous 48 states, we charge actual UPS shipping. UPS charges less for deliveries to commercial addresses. When you enter your shipping information, you may want to enter a shipping address that is a commercial address, if you have one. You will be asked if your shipping address is commercial or residential when you first enter your shipping information.
Express orders are charged the actual shipping cost (based on weight and size
of package). Choose 1 day, 2 day, or 3 day UPS in the menu on the Shipping
options page whn you check out.
Ordering from outside the continental U.S.?
We charge the actual shipping cost to FPO, APO, Alaska, Hawaii and other
countries. For a quote for international shipping,
complete order and select "INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE "
on the Shipping Options page after you checkout.
We will email you a shipping price for your selections and ship your order
after you accept the shipping cost. Or, CALL: 757-245-0466, FAX: 757-244-4819,
If you do not need a quote for International Shipping and are okay with being charged actual shipping costs (we'll choose the most reasonable method) you can select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS - NO QUOTE on the shipping options page after you checkout.
5% sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Virginia.
Shopping on the web is convenient and fun, and can sometimes hold surprises.
We work hard to ensure that these surprises include how quickly your order
arrives and how wonderful our products are. But if you are surprised by the
actual size of a product, it's function or are unhappy for any reason, return
it to us, unused, for a prompt, cheerful refund. As we say, "You'll love
it or your money back!"
If you need to return your merchandise, please complete the Return Form enclosed with your package.
Then repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it
to you, and enclose your completed Return Form. If you do not have a Return
Form, please provide a copy of your invoice and circle the item(s) you are
